PAYMENT
To ensure seamless service delivery, a full payment (100%) is required in advance for all services listed on our website. Please note that customers are responsible for any associated transaction fees and applicable taxes.
REVISIONS
We are committed to your satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions on all delivered work, provided that revision requests are made within 7 days of delivery. In exceptional cases, this period may extend to 14 days. Revision requests will be prioritized based on the urgency of the original order, with a minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

REFUND POLICY
You may request a full refund prior to the commencement of your project. Once a project is underway, refunds will be issued less any applicable transaction charges. Please note that no refunds are available for services purchased under limited-time or discounted offers. If you are dissatisfied with our product or service, you may request a refund within 5 days of order completion.
Refunds will be proportionate and influenced by our unlimited revision policy, contingent upon our inability to fulfill service requests. Changing your mind about a service does not constitute a valid reason for a refund. If you do not submit a refund request within five days post-delivery, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the product.
